Refund & Returns

Everything we sell is printed to order especially for you. Here's exactly when we'll sort you out, and when we can't.

Made to order

Because each item is custom-printed once you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size choice, or buyer's remorse. Please choose carefully and check our size guide before you order.

When we replace or refund

We stand behind our gear. We'll replace your item or give you a full refund, at no cost to you, if your order arrives:

  • faulty, defective, or damaged in transit;
  • misprinted — wrong design, badly off-centre, or poor print quality; or
  • not the item, size, or colour you ordered.

How to claim

Email support@everythingonenation.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund within 5 business days of approving your claim. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Cancellations & changes

Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before production starts. Once production has begun we can't change or cancel the order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which cannot be excluded.
